Fireproof document bags silicone-coated fiberglass bags for documents, cash and valuables
A fireproof document bag is the lightweight, foldable alternative to a safe: it slides into a drawer, a closet or a fireproof safe and keeps passports, deeds, cash and drives together. SirenForge supplies fireproof document bags to home-organization and safety brands, office-supply and home retailers, and e-commerce sellers — silicone-coated fiberglass envelopes, money bags and multi-pocket file organizers with zipper and hook-and-loop cover flap, in your colors with your logo. Fire resistance is specified per SKU and confirmed with documentation per order.
- Silicone-coated fiberglass outer fabric
- Document, money-bag and file-organizer formats
- Zipper with cover flap; water-resistant options
- Printed logos and retail packaging
Materials: silicone-coated fiberglass
The outer shell is fiberglass fabric coated with silicone, which gives a flexible, printable surface and reduces loose fibers. Some designs add an aluminum-foil laminate or an inner fiberglass layer. The zipper is covered by a flap closed with hook-and-loop. Water-resistant coatings are available on selected fabrics. The fire and water resistance of each bag depends on the full construction and is specified per SKU and confirmed with documentation per order — we publish no temperature or duration figures.
Formats
- Document envelope — letter / A4 size (common format about 15×11 in), single compartment.
- Money bag — smaller pouch for cash, cards and keys.
- File organizer / expanding file — multiple pockets or a handle-and-zip case for home records.
- Battery storage bags — the same fabric family is used for bags that store and transport rechargeable batteries; quoted on request with use instructions you approve.
Colors, logo and packaging
Silicone coating comes in several colors; logos are screen-printed or heat-transferred on the face. Packaging: polybag with insert, header card, color box or kit box with a fire blanket or detector.

Frequently asked questions
What material are your fireproof document bags made of?
Silicone-coated fiberglass outer fabric, with optional aluminum-foil laminate or inner layers, closed by a zipper under a hook-and-loop flap.
How much heat can the bag withstand?
Fire resistance is specified per SKU and confirmed with documentation per order. We do not publish temperature or duration figures on this site.
Can you print our logo on the bag?
Yes — screen print or heat transfer on the silicone-coated face, in your colors.
Can you print a fire rating or protection claim on the packaging?
We print the packaging content your team approves, but we do not originate fire ratings, temperatures, durations or protection claims, and this site publishes none. A rating printed on packaging must be backed by test documentation for that exact SKU, which can be provided or arranged per order for your market. Labelling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the platform (an existing detector, safe or bag design vs. a new one), housing or fabric color, logo method, packaging and the documentation your market needs; lead time depends on customization, documentation and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
Are your products certified or tested?
We do not display certification marks, listings, fire ratings or test data on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for your market, as your brand requires: tell us the destination market, sales channel and the standard or listing your retailer asks for, and the quotation confirms which documentation applies to each SKU and how it is obtained. Detection and fire-resistance performance is specified per SKU and confirmed with documentation per order — see the documentation section of our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.
