Fabric: fiberglass and silicone-coated fiberglass
Most household fire blankets use woven fiberglass fabric. A silicone coating reduces loose fibers at the edges and gives a smoother hand; hemmed or bound edges finish the sheet. Fabric weight and weave are specified per SKU. How a blanket performs, and on what kind of fire, is specified per SKU and confirmed with documentation per order — your instructions describe intended use; we do not publish performance claims.
Sizes
Common formats buyers ask for are about 40×40 in (1×1 m) for kitchens and RVs, 47×47 in (1.2×1.2 m) as a general household size and 47×71 in (1.2×1.8 m) for larger kitchens, workshops or wrapping use. Compact sizes suit camping kits and vehicles. We build to the dimensions you specify and confirm them on the sample.
Pouches, cases and quick release
- Soft pouch — PVC-coated or polyester fabric with hook-and-loop flap and two pull tapes; hangs on a hook or screws to the wall.
- Hard case — rigid plastic box with front release; tidy for rental kitchens and property kits.
- Camping / vehicle sleeve — slim pouch to store in a drawer, locker or glovebox.
Pouch color, printed pictogram instructions, logo and hanging hardware are set per program.

Frequently asked questions
What are your fire blankets made of?
Woven fiberglass fabric, optionally silicone-coated, folded into a pouch or case with pull tapes.
What sizes do you supply?
Common formats are about 40×40 in, 47×47 in and 47×71 in, plus compact camping sizes; we build to the dimensions you specify.
Can fire blankets be reused?
Reuse guidance is part of each SKU’s instructions, which your team approves. Many brands instruct users to replace the blanket after use.
Can you supply fire blankets for RV and camping kits?
Yes — compact sizes and slim sleeves for lockers and drawers, often bundled with a propane detector.
Can you print a fire rating or protection claim on the packaging?
We print the packaging content your team approves, but we do not originate fire ratings, temperatures, durations or protection claims, and this site publishes none. A rating printed on packaging must be backed by test documentation for that exact SKU, which can be provided or arranged per order for your market. Labelling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the platform (an existing detector, safe or bag design vs. a new one), housing or fabric color, logo method, packaging and the documentation your market needs; lead time depends on customization, documentation and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
Are your products certified or tested?
We do not display certification marks, listings, fire ratings or test data on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for your market, as your brand requires: tell us the destination market, sales channel and the standard or listing your retailer asks for, and the quotation confirms which documentation applies to each SKU and how it is obtained. Detection and fire-resistance performance is specified per SKU and confirmed with documentation per order — see the documentation section of our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.
