Fire escape ladders two- and three-story window ladders made for your brand
A fire escape ladder gives people on upper floors a second way out through a window. SirenForge supplies fire escape ladders to hardware and home-safety brands, retailers, e-commerce sellers and property managers — two-story and three-story lengths, steel or aluminum rungs on webbing or chain sides, with sill hooks sized for common window sills — packed in your box with your instructions. Load capacity is specified per SKU and confirmed with test documentation per order. See also the full home fire safety range.
- Two-story and three-story lengths
- Steel or aluminum rungs; anti-slip rung surfaces
- Webbing or steel chain sides; wall standoffs
- Sill hooks fitted to common sill depths
Lengths and formats
Common formats buyers ask for are around 13 ft (≈4 m) for two-story homes and around 25 ft (≈7.5 m) for three-story homes; other lengths are quoted per project. Ladders fold or roll into a compact bundle that is stored near the window and deployed by hooking it over the sill.
Construction
- Rungs — steel or aluminum tube, with ribbed or coated anti-slip surfaces.
- Sides — high-strength polyester or nylon webbing, or steel chain.
- Standoffs — spacers that hold the rungs away from the wall for foot room.
- Sill hooks — steel hooks, often with a protective coating, sized for sill depth; adjustable hooks on selected models.
- Storage — box or bag with quick-deploy strap.
Load capacity, sill-fit range and materials are specified per SKU. Capacity is confirmed with test documentation per order; we do not publish load figures on this site.
For property managers and projects
Property managers and project buyers equipping multi-story rentals can order bulk-packed ladders with unit labels. Whether a ladder is permitted or required for a building depends on local codes and the building owner; a ladder supplements, not replaces, the building’s required exits.

Frequently asked questions
What lengths do you supply?
Common formats are about 13 ft for two-story and about 25 ft for three-story homes; other lengths are quoted per project.
What load can the ladder carry?
Load capacity is specified per SKU and confirmed with test documentation per order. We do not publish load figures on this site.
Will the hooks fit my customers’ windows?
Hooks are made for a stated sill-depth range per SKU; adjustable-hook models widen the range. The fit range is printed in your instructions.
Can you print a fire rating or protection claim on the packaging?
We print the packaging content your team approves, but we do not originate fire ratings, temperatures, durations or protection claims, and this site publishes none. A rating printed on packaging must be backed by test documentation for that exact SKU, which can be provided or arranged per order for your market. Labelling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the platform (an existing detector, safe or bag design vs. a new one), housing or fabric color, logo method, packaging and the documentation your market needs; lead time depends on customization, documentation and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
Are your products certified or tested?
We do not display certification marks, listings, fire ratings or test data on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for your market, as your brand requires: tell us the destination market, sales channel and the standard or listing your retailer asks for, and the quotation confirms which documentation applies to each SKU and how it is obtained. Detection and fire-resistance performance is specified per SKU and confirmed with documentation per order — see the documentation section of our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.
