Ordering, OEM & wholesale

Does SirenForge sell to consumers?

No. We are a B2B supplier for security and smart-home brands, hardware and home-improvement brands, retailers, RV and camping channels, distributors, e-commerce sellers, property managers and project procurement teams. Consumers should buy from our customers’ retail channels.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on the platform, color, logo method, packaging and documentation. Mixed orders across gas detectors and fire safety products are welcome — see wholesale and the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.

Can I put my own brand on the products?

Yes. Printed or color-matched detector housings, logo plates on safes, printed fire blanket pouches and document bags, manuals in your languages and retail packaging are covered in our OEM & private label program.

Are your products certified?

We do not display certification marks, listings, fire ratings or test data on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for your market, as your brand requires; detection and fire-resistance performance is specified per SKU and confirmed with documentation per order.

Do your detectors replace code-required alarms?

No. Detectors complement — they do not replace — professionally installed and code-required smoke, CO or gas alarm systems. We make no life-safety guarantees; labelling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.

How fast do you reply to inquiries?

Typically within 24 hours on working days. Use the inquiry form.

What is the minimum order for private label?

MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on how much is customized — an existing platform with your logo starts lower than a custom housing color, new features or printed retail boxes.

Can I mix gas detectors and fire safety products in one order?

Yes. Mixed orders across categories are common; each SKU is quoted separately.

Who is responsible for the claims on our packaging?

The brand owner. We print the content your team approves and supply the documentation arranged for each SKU; we do not originate ratings or performance claims.

Do you have price tiers?

Yes, pricing is tiered by quantity per SKU and confirmed on quotation. No prices are published on this site.

Do you supply property management and development projects?

Yes — bulk project packs with unit labels; tell us the number of units, products per unit and delivery schedule.

Which markets do you serve?

This site focuses on the US market; we also quote other destinations. Tell us your market and its requirements.

How do I get a catalog?

Request it through the inquiry form with your business details.

Gas Leak Detectors

What is the difference between a gas leak detector and a CO detector?

A gas leak detector senses combustible fuel gas (natural gas / methane, propane, butane) escaping from pipes or appliances. A CO detector senses carbon monoxide produced by incomplete combustion. They use different sensors; combination units put both in one housing.

Should I sell a natural gas or a propane detector?

It depends on the customer’s fuel. Natural gas (methane) rises, so detectors mount high; propane sinks, so detectors mount low. See natural gas detectors and propane gas detectors.

Do you make handheld gas leak detectors for finding leaks in pipes?

Yes — gooseneck-probe handheld detectors with an audible ticking rate and LED bar are part of the range, with your logo and case.

Can you add Wi-Fi or a shutoff-valve output?

Yes, on selected platforms. Smart connectivity, interconnect and relay outputs are quoted per SKU.

Natural Gas Detectors

Where should a natural gas detector be installed?

Because methane rises, natural gas detectors are typically mounted high on the wall or near the ceiling, in the room with the gas appliance, following the instructions supplied with the model. Your approved manual carries the exact guidance for each SKU.

Can a plug-in natural gas detector work in a low outlet?

Outlets are usually low, which is the wrong height for methane. That is why many plug-in natural gas models include a cord and bracket so the detector sits high while plugged in below.

Will a natural gas detector also detect propane?

Semiconductor sensors respond to several combustible gases, but each SKU is calibrated and specified for its target gas and mounting height. For propane, use a dedicated propane gas detector mounted low.

Can the detector shut off the gas?

Hardwired models can include a relay output to drive a shutoff solenoid valve or fan; valve selection and installation are handled by the installer.

Natural Gas Detectors overview →

Propane Gas Detectors

Where should a propane detector be mounted?

Low on the wall, near the floor, because propane is heavier than air — following the instructions supplied with the model. RV units are commonly flush-mounted in a lower wall panel.

Do you make 12 V propane alarms for RVs?

Yes — 12 V DC flush- and surface-mount alarms, including propane + CO combination models, with your trim color and logo.

Can I use a natural gas detector for propane?

Not as a substitute. Each SKU is calibrated for its target gas and mounting height; propane needs a low-mounted LPG detector, natural gas a high-mounted methane detector.

Do you supply battery propane alarms for camping kits?

Yes, battery LPG alarms can be supplied for camping, cabin and outdoor-kitchen kits; usage instructions are set out in the manual your team approves.

Home Fire Safety

Which fire safety product sells best alongside gas detectors?

Fire blankets — they are inexpensive, compact and relevant to kitchens and RVs, which are also where gas detectors are installed.

Do your fireproof products have a fire rating?

Fire resistance is specified per SKU and confirmed with test documentation per order for your market. We do not publish ratings, temperatures or durations on this site.

Can you pack mixed fire safety kits?

Yes — kits combining a fire blanket, a document bag, an escape ladder or a detector can be packed under one barcode.

Can you print a fire rating or protection claim on the packaging?

We print the packaging content your team approves, but we do not originate fire ratings, temperatures, durations or protection claims, and this site publishes none. A rating printed on packaging must be backed by test documentation for that exact SKU, which can be provided or arranged per order for your market. Labelling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.

Fireproof Safes

What fire rating do your safes have?

Fire resistance is specified per SKU and confirmed with test documentation per order for your market. We do not publish ratings, temperatures or durations on this site; tell us what your retailer or market requires.

Can a safe be both fireproof and waterproof?

Yes, platforms with a water-resistant gasket are available. As with fire resistance, water resistance is specified per SKU and documented per order.

Which lock types can you supply?

Key, mechanical dial, digital keypad with override key, and biometric fingerprint on selected platforms.

Do you ship safes to e-commerce warehouses?

Yes. Cartons are designed for parcel networks or palletized shipping; marketplace labels can be applied per SKU.

Fire Blankets

What are your fire blankets made of?

Woven fiberglass fabric, optionally silicone-coated, folded into a pouch or case with pull tapes.

What sizes do you supply?

Common formats are about 40×40 in, 47×47 in and 47×71 in, plus compact camping sizes; we build to the dimensions you specify.

Can fire blankets be reused?

Reuse guidance is part of each SKU’s instructions, which your team approves. Many brands instruct users to replace the blanket after use.

Can you supply fire blankets for RV and camping kits?

Yes — compact sizes and slim sleeves for lockers and drawers, often bundled with a propane detector.

Fire Blankets overview →

Fire Escape Ladders

What lengths do you supply?

Specs & Selection Guide

Which sensor should a household gas alarm use?

Most household combustible gas alarms use semiconductor sensors calibrated for the target gas; CO alarms use electrochemical sensors. Catalytic bead sensors are more common in handheld and professional instruments.

Why do natural gas and propane detectors mount at different heights?

Methane is lighter than air and rises; propane is heavier than air and sinks. Detectors are placed where the gas collects.

What alarm volume do your detectors have?

Sound level is specified per SKU to your market’s requirement and confirmed with documentation per order; we do not publish dB values here.

Specs & Selection Guide overview →
